The Evolution-U Persuasion and Influence Business Suite comprises of four separate trainings leveraging of leading research in the field of persuasion psychology research. Our courses, available in keynote, workshop and 1-2 day formats, include content based on the research of Dr. Robert Cialdini, the world leading psychologist and best selling author of Influence: The Power of Persuasion, how to use the Trust Equation introduced in 'The Trusted Advisor' series, and NLP based approaches to profiling and using linguistics to influence outcome.
Persuasion and Influence Psychology
This training is based on the research of world leading business psychologist Dr. Robert Cialdini. Over 30 years of research have uncovered six underlying principles of persuasion which govern whether we receive a ‘Yes’ or a ‘No’ to our requests. Understanding these principles can provide a powerful skill set in positioning our proposals whether in a business or personal situations.

Understanding and Building Trust
This training is based on the research of Trusted Advisor Associates who published their best-selling text ‘The Trusted Advisor’ in 2000 and introduced the Trust Equation, a method of formalising trust into a set of four variables which can be individually developed and improved. Trusted Advisor methodology is used by leading multi nationals globally for improving client relationships and developing
higher margin business opportunities.
